Sandra is Head of Onboarding at MAIA, responsible for ensuring clients successfully transition onto the platform and get the most from MAIA from day one.

With over 20 years of experience in investment management technology, Sandra has spent much of her career working directly with buy-side firms to solve complex operational and technology challenges. Before joining MAIA, she spent over a decade at Eze Software and SS&C, progressing from consulting and solutions architecture to leading client delivery teams across EMEA and APAC.

At MAIA, Sandra is focused on building an onboarding experience that combines technology with strong client partnership. She believes successful implementations start with understanding how a client operates, challenging where things can be done differently and working together to build solutions that will support them as they grow.
